SafeChange Preflight
Support
For account or app support, use Shopify's Get support action for SafeChange in Shopify Admin or on the Shopify App Store listing. Shopify routes that request to the support email configured for the app.
Helpful details to include
Include the store domain, what you were trying to scan, the SafeChange disposition or error shown, and the relevant CSV row or Shopify variant number if the report provides one. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other credentials.
Before reporting a scan issue
SafeChange reports columns outside its current inspection rules as uninspected. A SAFE result means no configured SafeChange catalog-risk condition was detected; it does not mean every possible Shopify import behavior was inspected.
Privacy
See the SafeChange privacy policy for information about catalog access, browser-side CSV processing, session data, retention, and deletion.
